I took my precious little 5-year-old cat here right before the new year as he was tired and not eating, and the vet completely missed how unwell he was! Suggested doing some tests (not even urgently!), when 3 days later his kidneys had completely shut down with a Creatinine level of 1000 and NLR of 20!! and we had to put him to sleep! I am so appalled by this as my baby could still be alive with us if the severity of his condition had been properly recognised and we were advised to take him to a hospital immediately!! The most important duty of any medical team is to recognise life threatening emergencies and this centre failed so very badly!

Jake and I have been quite frequent visitors of Pennards just of late for one reason or another, but the true testimony is from jake himself. He loves to visit the vets since coming to Pennars, even though he has had some visits which has meant he has reason to be cautious. The vets and nurses and also reception staff are always so welcoming, calm and great with him, which makes him want to visit even when he doesnt have to. (Even when they are closed) Thats how great they are. We are regulars of Maidstone branch. But have had a couple of visits to Langley and the staff there are equally as amazing. Highly recommend by us both. Couldn't ask for more from our vets. Thank you

Very professional, kind, dog friendly and value for money. It really is worth being a member of their Health Plan. I took bourbon as a pup every month to be weighed and given his flea and worm treatment and it didn’t cost me any extra. Really flexible as I was unable to arrive at 8.30 as booked so they fitted me in at 3pm. No moans or tuts. Just great.

Thank you so much to the lovely young nurse that attended to Bertie on Tuesday at Allington where I have been going with all of my previous dogs . Bertie had his anal gland attended to ,it was done very quickly & Bertie was quite happy after the event. I moved recently to Maidstone with Denver and needed a quality vet for my best four legged friend. Pennard Vets came highly recommended from other dog owners I’ve met while walking. Our first visit was rather sooner than anticipated! But I had joined the pet club two weeks earlier when registering Denver. I arrived without an appointment! But was still seen half an hour later. Wonderful. The lady who checked Denver over was very thorough (Denver is a German Shepherd) and put him at ease so quickly. It was wonderful to watch. Speaking softly to him. Right in his face. Really very lovely. When we left I was at ease. Denver was sorted. Marvellous. Highly recommend this veterinary service. Great professional service from everyone we saw.

Absolutely Fantastic, Friendly and helpful, even made way for me to enter with my scooter. I must say I was very impressed by all of the staff even Taz enjoyed his first visit for his first vaccination. Everything was explained in depth for bringing up your first young puppy, we left with a lot more information and happier knowing we are bringing him up the right way . A huge Thank You .
