Noah’s Ark Pet Clinic Ltd offers routine care through to surgery and diagnostics, with on-site facilities listed for X‑ray, ultrasound and a laboratory. The clinic also states it produces its own organic pet food on-site and treats “furry, feathered, or scaly” pets.
From the latest reviews, owners repeatedly describe a calm, welcoming atmosphere and an unhurried consult style where diagnoses and options are explained clearly. Several concrete examples come up: fitting in last‑minute care; blood tests for health checks; ultrasound scans and blood tests carried out on a nervous dog without sedation (as reported by the owner); and a surgical repair of an umbilical hernia in a young puppy. One reviewer also contrasts this clinic’s plan with other vets recommending a £10,000 operation or euthanasia, saying Noah’s Ark treated their dog without that surgery.

From the moment we walked through the door, the atmosphere is calm and professional—a welcome relief for both anxious pets and stressed owners. The medical team here is exceptional. They don’t just treat symptoms; they take the time to explain diagnoses and discuss all available treatment options without making you feel rushed. What really sets Noah’s Ark apart, however, is the genuine compassion shown by the nursing and reception staff. Their pricing is transparent and extremly fair, which is refreshing in the current climate. If you are looking for top-tier clinical care delivered with a personal touch in Kent, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Please do give them a try 🙏

I took my 8 month old puppy Rosie to Noah’s Ark Vet Clinic for an operation to correct her umbilical hernia, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, which really helped ease mine, my partners and my pups nerves. The receptionist Jade was amazing, from booking us the appointment right through to the end. Her knowledge as a receptionist was outstanding and her support and communication from start to finish was second to none. The vet Rushda took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and impressed me the way she listened to my concerns and answered all my questions without rushing. Kelly the nurse was lovely and attentive. You could really tell that they all genuinely care about the animals. Overall, it was a massively positive experience, and I felt confident that my little scruff was in good hands. If you're looking for a vet who truly values their patients and their owners, this is the place to go!

Noah's Ark are an absolutely amazing Vets! They (literally) saved my dog's life when I'd been told by my (then) Vet that he needed a referral for a £10,000 operation or to be Euthanised the following day. I telephoned 3 other vets and they all told me the same thing - then I phoned Noah's Ark and the rest is history! Loxley has been given another chance at life and there's been no expensive, life threatening surgery in sight. Loxley (who is a nervous dog) has had ultra sound scans and blood tests and they've all been done with no sedation, which just goes to show how much he trusts them. They are truly wonderful, caring people who GENUINLEY care about your pet (whatever that pet might be). I just cant express my gratitiude toward them. They are friendly and warm and really put your mind at ease. Their prices are reasonable too. I have since recommended them to everybody I meet and have had countless people ask me for their number. A breath of fresh air in a country full of money orientated vetinarian practices. This is a photo of Loxley, loving life again, on holiday just three weeks after he started treatment at Noah's Ark (and three weeks after my previous vet had said he would have to be euthanised).

I received great treatment here from the kind and attentive team for an ear infection and - not planned, but necessary - scale and polish for my 10 year old teeth. Was treated like royalty. Only negative comment: the surgery is in lovely countryside and I thought I was going for a fabulous walk... :( Thanks all - Stevie the Beagle

A truly wonderful experience. Kind and friendly to the dog and me too. Sarah and the vet just put my mind at ease giving Scampi Thomas all the time he needed and me; all the advice I needed. Just thank you! great Everyone should switch and use these guys

Absolutely fantastic service, we were looking for a vet who could come and give our elderly Douge de Bordeaux - Hugo, a health check as our vet’s wouldn’t and he’s too old to get into the car. Sarah from the first phone call with the practice was so helpful and informative. Arranged a home visit the same day with herself and Dr Vlad. They spent time with Hugo to observe ( and massage!) and to check him over. Dr Vlad explained every concern he had with great depth and then explained what we can do to help. We were blown away to finally find a vet that is genuinely wanting to help and not just make money. Thank you so much, we will be recommending you to everyone.
