Only interested in £ terrible practice would not recommend, go to Charing or anywhere else if you want an unbiased opinion not depending on making money over service or best practice 😡

Multiple bad experiences. Nearly £600 with x rays and lanced paw, couldn't find an issue. Got home and I noticed dogs claw was just hanging off. Told them that they'd supposedly done all the investigation and not noticed, wanted the money back and the vet laughed at me. Killed one of my pets under anaesthetic also. Having gone to Sitti Vets in the past (same group) and always been really looked after, I get the impression that Harrietsham doesn't know what they're doing. Seen multiple vetinarians there and had bad experiences. Always waiting half hour after scheduled appointment. Poor service and treatment of my animals and they seem incompetent.

Lovely veterinary practice. I had to change my vets because of indifference to my worries. Harrietsham were kind, caring of my worries and gave great advice.

Moved to the area 3 months ago. Needed a vet for our Jack Russell(Milo) for an emergency at 8am today. Was seen by a vet at 8:30. Cant ask for a better service, was lovely and caring. Thank you so much.

Would not trust anyone else with my animals. Anyone looking for a ferret vet look no further than Rachel. Or other guys for that matter.

For almost 7 years we have had no issues with them. However, recently our dog was seen by a Spanish guy who was absolutely incompetent. My dog was very poorly. The man touched his tummy and said that he was in pain. He gave him and injection of something and that was it. The next day our dog was even worse. We went elsewhere and was to that his gallbladder had to be removed! He has had his surgery now and is recovering. We will no longer subscribe to them!

Absolutely disgusted with my experience. Quoted for an x ray. On the day I turned up for the x ray the price almost doubled. Went to another vet and it turned out an x ray wasn’t even necessary. The medications they sell were extortionate it’s much cheaper to ask for a subscription then buy from an online pharmacy. The staff weren’t very friendly and they seemed more concerned about signing me up to a monthly subscription with them than my pet’s health. After research this is part of a chain of vets- it’s all about £££. Independent vets much better, worth the travel. I recommend this place is avoided.

Got the same day appointment which was fantastic. Pleasant ,clean practice. I didn’t have to wait long to be helped. Consultation was a little short to what I’m used to but my pet has fully recovered with the medication given so I am well pleased.
